new double glazing installed - condensation?

recently moved & had two of the old units replaced with new double glazing - but in the morning I notice that there is moisture on the inside of the windows which occassionaly runs on to the sill - is this normal?

A trickle vent fitted at the top of the window will normally fix this.How many surrealists does it take to change a lightbulb?
