ppi not taken off as promised now debt sold on for full amount HELP !!!!

can anyone help pse

last aug with the help of the FOS halifax agreed to ccl ppi + refund payments made , thet sent me a letter apoligising and a break down of the amount to be taken off the loan approx £3.5 k l am on a DMP with CCCS
and the loan had been passed to halifax in house debt col dept a year before ,
the ppi has still not been taken off, and dec last year halifax sold the debt on to cabot dca still with the ppi on it
lve told them +sent copy of letter from halifax , lve also involved the FOS again
l rang halifax again today + spoke to person who sent letter in aug they said would ring me back which they did just to say still looking into " WHAT COULD BE DONE ABOUT THIS " !!!
he also asked me if l had sent anything back or re arranged anything , no l hadnt
that rang alarmbells, as last yr whilst the fos was investigating this,they said the bank could ask me to re do the loan without the ppi

how do l stand , what if they ask me to do this

l dont trust them at all and dont want to shoot myself in the foot through lack of knowledge and sign something l dont have to and make things worse for me :eek::eek::eek:

May I recommend that you copy and paste your post and take here to the PPI reclaiming discussion thread where others will be able to give the best possible help they can in regards to the PPI. Hope you don't mind, I see your still awaiting some answers on this, good luck.;)

Hi All, please help
Clydesdale Bank have been difficult in that at first they said my signature was not the same as that on record when I asked them for a copy of my terms and conditions, I then sent them a second letter having had my ID check and verified at the local branch. They have sent me a copy today but at a scale that is completely illegible, even with a magnifying glass!
Talk about meeting the letter rather than the spirit of the law!
