Sorry, another freezer question! freezing suet

Does anyone know if suet pastry dishes freeze well e.g. jam rolly polly and bacon and leek roll?

I have loads of suet, bacon and jam and thought it would be an ideal way of using some of it up.

Yep. According to my trusty Be-Ro book it should be good for 3-4 months.

You can also freeze suet,my butcher was selling large bags of proper suet(not out of a box,but minced up by him) at Christmas,I've still got some left in the freezer.I use it straight from frozen.

Thank you Thriftlady, I would never have even thought of freezing suet :T

I guess that it would work with boxed suet as well, maybe if the suet is near its date, I could freeze it and extend its life.
