What is day time/evening time, anyone know?

Hi
I have just reduced to BT option 1, joined Primus and signed up for 1899, so feeling pretty pleased with myself. But I need to know when the times are for day time and evening. Anyone know? Does it mean 6am to 6pm is day or 7am to 7pm is day? Obviously need to know to make the right connections and savings.

When can I make daytime, evening and weekend calls?
• Daytime calls are between 8am and 6pm on weekdays.
• Evening calls are between 6pm and 8am weekdays.
• Weekend calls are between midnight on Fridays and midnight on SundaysTime has moved on (much quicker than it used to - or so it seems at my age) and my previous advice on residential telephony has been or is now gradually being overtaken by changes in the retail market. Hence, I have now deleted links to my previous 'pearls of wisdom'. I sincerely hope they helped save some of you money.0
