In this case 'anonymous call barring' will stop the calls.

It's a BT service costing £3.91 per month.

Be aware that some CAB's are very busy and that urgent cases will get priority.

The Official Receiver fee is £345

    The court fee is £150

There is remission of the court fee available to those on certain benefits or a low income. As you want me to lend you £3.91, I'm guessing you're in that category.

And if £495 is going to make a substantial reduction in your debts, then clearly bankruptcy is not your best option.

Have you actually checked the forms Lost?? You can claim the remission if you are on a low income too - http://www.hmcourts-service.gov.uk/courtfinder/forms/ex160a_e.pdf It may be easier to read if you are able to print it off. Give anything a go!
