If you are successful you will be contacted in April, so please DO NOT try to contact the BBC or Buckingham Palace. Unsuccessful applicants will not be contacted, so if you haven't heard from us by the middle of April, you have not been successful.

The Palace wants to thank everyone who applied for tickets to the Queen's Birthday celebrations on June 25th - they were truly overwhelmed by the response. The tickets will be going out to the 2,000 lucky winners over the next few weeks, but remember if you're not a winner you will still be able to enjoy the festivities because CBBC will be coming live from the Palace throughout the day and BBC 1 will be broadcasting the exclusive stage show.

I know someone in Wales who has won some tickets to the Palace.

I was at our local school assembly about 2 weeks ago. A child at the school, stood up with her news for the school and she had brought in her letter stating that she had won tickets for the Children's Party. I remember because (a) I applied and didn't get any and (b) the Headmaster asked Emily if he could go with her and she said said no way !
