    Another garlic lover, great post, thanks!!!- yep, as free junkie says, may use with Hymalayan salt - have already eaten a grain or two on finger whilst having glass of Cava (should be Tequilia?) - may do something with inventives with big mushrooms if get garlic!

    On growing garlic......it is easy! You can use shop bought garlic (split in to cloves & pop in a hole just covering point) but you do not tend to get big bulbs or sometimes get just one clove. You are better off getting a single strain like from a farm shop or garlic farm. They are easy to grow...they will grow in just soil & because they grow up and not down (techno talk) they can be grown in tubs etc for a patio!!
