Aaaah how rubbish, I'm with Hotmail and still waiting!

It sucks that people are claiming flights already and we're still waiting! Not a fair chance at all.

I think that they mean apply to have the confirmation E Mail resent .

Thats what the E Mail I received from jet2 today (see above) suggested . I have already tried yesterday but they have not replied . The competition department only works 2 half days a week :eek: Monday 09:00 – 12:30[FONT=Times New Roman, serif]
[/FONT]Thursday 14:30 – 17:30[FONT=Times New Roman, serif] so unless the draft in some dedicated staff to sort out the mess we might not hear anything until Monday.

There must be staff working though for them to have emailed you? Was that email received from winner@jet2.com?

Mail was from the normal [EMAIL="info@jet2holidays.com"]info@jet2holidays.com[/EMAIL] .I had mailed both addresses

We are currently experiencing problems attempting to send winners emails through to people with Hotmail email addresses as well as some other email providers. These providers are rejecting all Name That Destination winners emails meaning that around 2,500 people have yet to receive theirs through.

Jet2.com are arranging to post out copies of winner's emails to everybody affected by this although due to the high volume of winners affected we ask that you are patient with us as we are trying to succesfully contact everybody as soon as possible.

The Resend my Email form has been disabled to enable us to clear the backlog of email requests. The form will re-open on Friday 13th February by which time we hope to have contacted everybody. If you have not received an email or letter by this time please submit the email form using an alternative email address.

Once again we apologise for this problem and hope to rectify this as quickly as possible. The delay on these emails should not affect your chances of being granted the flights you would like.

I was lucky enough to win 2 flights as I used 2 different emails & parents address. As I would like to go away soon & have a few dates available in April/May, I will have to submit my choice this Sunday. As I have only one destination in mind, can I use the same destination with different dates or do I have to submit different destinations.
