I don't though. I'm normally a teacher but i'm off work until May. Was hoping to be able to use the flights before then.....

Just spoke to them (I know, amazing I got through!) and they said it was definitely a Hotmail problem and that letters were going out in the post to everyone so not to worry.

Why do people fib about their address? Is it only for people who live in a certain area?

Yes how Ironic that this came back to your hotmail account immediately :rolleyes: .

I see they have admitted a problem now ! Using snail mail to send out confirmations to hotmail people is just adding to delays and the frustration :eek: .I hope I can still get the flights I want .

did not win first time round but just entered me and bf for th 1000 flights they had left ... hope I win ... but presume all flights would have gone by 12:10 But well see

Just put this in other thread but will mention here, there's an answering machine on the comp line, saying that they're having problems getting in touch with around 2000 people, so presuming these are the people with hotmail.

I have just received the following :-
