Don't have a boiler fitted by npower
We had a new condensing boiler fitted by npower home service in July. It worked fine until we had some cold weather and found an error code. We contacted Home Services in October. As a new installation you have 3 months to get instant help with problems - useful when you have a boiler fitted in the summer! We were told the Installations manager would contact us. After several days waiting in for phone calls we eventually got through to the manager who said the installation team would call. Eventually they came -on a saturday -call outs are not timetabled so they had to come in their own time. It took about a month to get the prblem sorted.
Now we find one of the radiators is not getting hot -we suspect a blockage.
We called Home services, yesterday, guess what, the installations manager will contact us in 24 hours. No phone call today.
This is beyond a joke. We are not prepared to waste more days sitting in waiting for calls so want to contact someone higher up.
Does anyone know who we should contact?
Also we were on 1 years uinterest free credit, what is the situation if we are still not happy when the bill needs paying. Should we contact the finanace company.
Thanks for any help
