Following on from my TRA are pants posting, I have now discovered that the reason our assessment failed was due to an almight c**k up by the agent that we used.
Apparently because we applied as Toolmaker and the reference from my husband's job said Senior CNC Technician that is why we failed.
We paid AUD$270 for the "expert" advice of an agent and I can't believe he did not pick up this simple problem.
Thanks to the advice and confidence I've gained from this site I have emailed him not only for an explanation but also for a refund.
