PPI Reclaim and Credit Rating

I am new to this forum and want to investigate reclaiming PPI on a large EGG balance I have. Firstly though, if I make an approach to EGG using the templates on this site, can EGG in any way affect my credit rating on the basis they know I am persuing a PPI claim.

As my credit rating is good I would not want this to be affected but EGG has been charging me PPI since 2003.

Any advise welcome

    They shouldn't do just for complaining. I don't think it affects your credit score at all. That would not exactly be treating you fairly.
