Credit Card Payment Protection - Confusion

Options
Hi,
I'm getting myself rather confused about this reclaiming lark, can I submit a letter to reclaim payment protection insurance on credit cards if I feel they have been misold to me, I've a credit card with Capital One and noticed they have been fined for mis-selling PPI on loans as well as Tesco Personal Finance?
I also had a loan from HSBC with PPI many moons ago and due to some repayment issues this has now been changed into a managed loan account with no PPI, does anyone know if I can use this as a basis to claim back what I have already paid?
Thanks
BB x

Yes, you can claim PPI on a credit card just like a loan or otherwise. If you take a look at this here it may help. Please ask if you need anything else.

You go for it daz, if you feel you have a case where they would not pay you out as such if you had to claim on your reasons, in my opinion you have a case here, they should act fairly with you, good luck and let us know how you get on.;)

They should not ask for the settlement from you unless you are in arrears or something like that. If you take a look at treating customers fairly with the FSA it may help.
