Help Required - Central Heating Problem

Discovered my gas central heating had gone out. I have re-lit the pilot light, turned on the boiler thermostat and then turned the heating on.

The heating then goes on and then glowworm boiler cuts out. I have tried switching it on again and turning the heating on and it cuts outs. Can anyone advise what the problem is?

if its a wall mounted boiler could be the pump has failed and its cutting out cos no water flow or could be water pressure is low

this is assuming the pilot light lights and stays on, if it doesnt then it could be the thermocouple

also he said have u turned the gas valve back to the on position after having relit the pilot

well thats what hubby says anyways
