my sister is learning to drive. just wondering if it is possible for her to buy a car and have it insured without any problems. she can use it to practise with. she has her eyes on an astra.

any recommendations which insurance companies to approach?
Problem with having access to internet is that i get asked by many to solve their problems :( Well at least i learn something on the way :D

My daughter is learning to drive and has her own car already. She said that the best insurance deal for her was Tesco. Not all will insure L-drivers though.

If you think nobody cares about you, try missing a couple of payments.
