yes it gets marked as paid but them you can now apply to the judge to have it removed, its his decision to say yes or no if he thinks i have valid grounds. Ive checked twice now so i am happy with that i think.
I don't want to mislead you, but slightly concerned. I worked there years ago, so my information may be out of date and it does depend on judges, however, just to be cautious, there were quite a few judges that made the ruling that if you had paid it then you had admitted that you owed it then the judgement should stand. This may no longer be the case, and I do hope all works out for you. I just am putting this here in case this is something that had not been discussed.

Talk to national debtline. Read this page.
You may have the right to have it set aside due to the address issue. But get it wrong, and the six years starts again. So get advice.0 -
Hi - Wonder if anyone can help me, Its my first time on here, so not really that sure what im doing!
My old boss put a ccj on me for some money the company lent me for a car, when i left we agreed to go 50 / 50 and i would sell the car to pay back my half, within weeks if not days i had a ccj arrive in the post, I had never one before, so being stupid, i just ignored it!! this was back in 2007 i think. i have ignored it ever since, the car is still sat there as i assumed they would take it away. I have today found out that the company has been disolved, Where do i stand now?? if there is no company for me to pay the debt back too??
Please any advice would be great .
