Ive not got time thats the problem , ive just spoke to th epolice and due to my circumstances they will accept my application if the judgement is satisfied , in other words pay the £332 and then i can attempt at getting it fully removed through the courts
Did you have a store card? Yes but i dont know where it is now
Did you default on it? I think so , i really cant remember...this is like 5 years ago maybe 6 now
Did you at ANYTIME receive a default notice same as above
Did you at ANYTIME receive a termination letter? same as above
The thing is i remember paying a store card off just before i moved house and i am SURE it was that but i cant be 100% sure and the debt companies are not helping. Ive got a really bad feeling that it was the one i paid but had a remaining balance of £1 on it and i refused to pay it as they said my account was already settled 2 days before , which they agreed and i didnt hear anything else again.
I am attempting to get in touch with ge capital now as they were the original credit holders0 -
I have just been emailed a N244 form by the courts0

GE money is a waste of time unless someone knows how i can speak to someone in england that speaks perfect english and understands what i am saying to them without them repeating to me over and over again what is your card number0

That's only to apply to have the CCJ set aside, it will cost you £75.00qazwsxedc12345 wrote: »I have just been emailed a N244 form by the courtsClick here for Martins (MSE) advice on who to contact with Debt Issues - YOU HAVE NO REASON TO USE A FEE PAYING DEBT MANAGEMENT COMPANY- THEY CANNOT DO ANYMORE FOR YOU THAN THOSE LISTED IN MY LINK ABOVE.

Yeah the N244 is of no use to me i dont think
Iv'e now been advised that my best option is to pay the £332 to have it satisfied and then apply after it's paid to have it completely removed. Apparantly a judge will look at it and decide if i have valid grounds for a full removal of the CCJ from my file
I just dont know what to do and to pay it and then appeal it seems like the best option to me that sorts this out in the quickest time possible.0 -
I just spoke to the courts again , they think i have valid grounds for it to be removed but at the end of the day its down to the judge that looks at it. So it looks like i have to pay the £332 and then get it removed .0

Sorry to post, but I used to work in the courts many years ago.
Please ring back and check with the court staff. The rule was if you had a CCJ and didn't know about it you could apply to set the judgement aside (CCJ removed) and then pay it before any judgement got entered for another CCJ.
Also you could pay within 28 days of the judgement and get the CCJ removed.
Also you could pay after 28 days of judgement, the CCJ would not be removed but marked satisfied.
The CCJ would come off your record regardless after six years from date of judgement.
This may have changed, but please check, just to make sure because in the scene that you have shown, under the rules that used to apply, it would not be removed, just marked paid.

Hi
yes it gets marked as paid but them you can now apply to the judge to have it removed, its his decision to say yes or no if he thinks i have valid grounds. Ive checked twice now so i am happy with that i think.0
