Problems with Ink.co.uk..

Options
Hi,
I placed my first order with these people on the 8th of January.A couple of days later my order was dispatched and i was given a tracking number. This didn't work!
However,i gave it a week and still no order.I emailed and they got back to me the next day saying that there had been a courier problem and that my order had been returned to them that day
It would be sent out and if not received within a week,to get back in touch.
Nothing!
I have emailed three times since. All have gone unanswered!
Their phone line is only open for 1 hour a day (mon-fri)! and up to now i have not had chance to call.

Anyone else had problems with them?

If you paid by Visa debit do a chargeback via your bank
  • I paid by Visa credit card.
    Aren't chargebacks only over £100?
My order was only £6 odd.Half of that was postage.I know its not much, but i basically feel robbed.

ink.co.uk are a strange company. A Canterbury address which seems to be nothing more than a maildrop. Swiss ink. But despatched from Germany.

I've ordered from them and the claimed next day despatch was fine, but it still took a few days to arrive so it wasn't really "next day".

Sorry you are having problems, ive used them about 8 times and never had a problem, it is delivered by Home Delivery Network can you give them a rinf with the tracking number ?
  • Thanks for the replies guys.
The original order was supposed to have been delivered by Parcelnet. The tracking number did not work and i was not given one for the second dispatch
I guess i will have to get chance to call them in their 1hr window! The website already warns that you may not be able to get through to them because of high call volumes! email instead...
    Um....you don't answer!

Sorry it was Parcelnet that delivered mine :o
  • Well....just to let you know that i called their 'hotline'.The recorded message says "welcome to eroticshop.co.uk"!
It gives the exact same longwinded recorded message as ink.co.uk's info line. After listening to the same 'we are so committed to customer satisfaction' spiel,it gives options to press.None of these actually go through to a customer services rep.Just round & round in circles
I will give my bank a call to see if there are any options.
In the meantime, I would AVOID!
