have a 3.5 year old that is thriving on cow's milk. can anyone tell me the benefits of growing up milk? is it worth the extra money (after the freebie of course!)

Personally I wouldn't have thought it is worth buying 'growing up milk' if your 3 year old eats a healthy varied diet. Worth sending off for the freebie though, even if you don't buy the milk you will prob. be able to use the voucher in Asda/Teco (as long as they stock it).
