About to sell car - just had chip in windscreen.....

Currently got my car up for sale, and sods law driving back tonight had a stone fly up and now have a small (less than 1cm) chip in the windscreen, which is within the wiper blade zone.

What do you think is the best thing to do. Get it repaired or knock a bit of the for sale price? With Admiral so think excess is £70, but worried it will effect no claims discount

Unless Admiral's policy cover is completely awful a windscreen claim won't affect your no claims. Also a chip can sometimes be repaired without having to pay an excess.
