DHL Customs

Bought an expensive electronic item off a retailer HK over Christmas dispatched via DHL standard international service. Left HK on the Friday night (their Saturday) and was with me by the Monday. Wrong delivery address was put on the parcel, but gentlemen redirected the driver without delay!
Customs passed within an hour and recently received an invoice (as expected) for the amount plus a very small surcharge for their services.
WELL DONE DHL FOR:
1. The fast delivery (who else could get a parcel from HK to my door in 0 working days)
2. The small surcharge compared to the £10 the smaller boys charge.
3. The way they handled my customs and invoiced me 30 days later.
Thank you DHL! I know a lot of people have a lot of trouble with them but shows that sometimes they can get it right and when they do, they do it 200%!
Just sent the customs off following the invoice, it should hurt paying the money, but etheir great customer service has taken the bite out of it.
Have a drink on me all you DHL drivers :beer:
