Hi all and good evening,Well my problem starts like this im 29,currently working in the automotive world. My beloved grandad also works @ the same company he has put in currently 20 years+,he delivers parts etc locally. This is the quiery, ive got.
He is 82 fit well has a medical every year so far so good, was @ retirement age whilst working for this company, when he turned 65 they said the insurance wont cover you,but soon sorted the problem and let him work on....
Now @ the ripe old age of 82 still doing the same duties etc, they have forced a kind of 'get out the door treatement on him and other of similar statue. There new 'insurance group' wont cover people over 65,but not in so many words,he can appeal against there decision he can say when he would like to finish his employment, but they would have to think about his decision.1st off he was offered part time {currently ft},but that was soon thrown out, then was told in a letter that his departure would 'benifit the company' -is this a forcfull attemed to get rid or are they in there right ?
