car insurance freebies

Hi this is my 1st post, i took car insurance out in sept 08 for myself, and in oct 08 for my husband we were promised a £25 m & S and a £25 petrol voucher. After many phone calls and many promises i still haven't received them, any advice welcome:j

You should have,and apparently "The Buck stops with them"..hmm..mmm.perhaps that translates to "we've nicked your vouchers..

Finally a result both petrol and m & s vouchers have arrived, took 5 months but still im happy
