Would I be entitled to the 5 days guarantee pay? I am working 3 days per week instead of my usual 5 days since December.

I believe that it is based on the average hours/days worked over the last 13weeks, so it may be that in your case, you have so many weeks at 5 days and so many at 3 but these leaflets should explain it better, the payment has just gone up to £21.50 per day
