Prize non-Arrival!

I won a bowl off them in beginning of Jan and it only arrived this weekend - I think it's like BarnabySue says, 3rd party sends them on. No excuse for not replying to your mails though.

I won something from them at the beginning of December I have had no replies to my emails so I would be grateful to know how you got on.

Thanks all of you for all the replies. However, I have had no communication still and now the site has closed down!
There is a message where the site was saying that all prize winners will received their prizes, but I am not holding my breath.
As the site has closed I now feel it is not worth getting in touch with the institute of sales promotions .... but what do people think?

Couldnt believe it when I saw the site was finished yesterday - I won with them mid January and the prize arrived last week. I dont think its a case of prizes not being honoured (or I hope not), but I certainly think in this case (with the company going down) that it may be worth getting in contact with the institute to see what they say.

is kitchen goddess not part of the Anthony worrell thomson group? He went into Administration this week maybe thats why.
