Plumbworld - anyone used them recently - have they gone bust?

Apologies if this is the wrong place to post this and mods please move if so.

I have ordered from Plumbworld online in the past.

The taps they sent are faulty and still under guarantee.

Their website lists all the email addresses to contact them for customer services - I've tried every email listed but they just bounce back saying undeliverable.

Has anyone used them recently and if so do you have an active email address?

Or have they gone BUST....?!? Hope not as my taps are still under guarantee...

Just got a delivery from them on Monday, and two follow up customer satisfaction emails from them today, don't think they've gone bust. Posibly having problems with their mail server or something, would agre with previous post try phoning them

Many thanks for the replies and in particular the telephone numbers.

I don't know how I missed this as on their site when I read it it said something like "we don't offer telephone service any more only email contact" but then every single email they have listed just bounces back - have tried emailing again today and they're still bouncing back immediately.

I have had the same results, though i did manage to get an email to them once, but not since, so i have emailed Triton (the equipment supplier)

their delivery was excellent, the shower works well but was missing an unimportant piece of plastic. Plumbworld obviously did read my email but not properly, as Triton promptly sent a completely irrelevant ( and probably expensive) part.

now i can't get through, again!!
