Hi,

Admitedly I have been a bit naughty with my Barclay card and not paid it for a while :(

I now find out they have taken virtually all my wages out of my barclays bank account to repay the debt.

This has left me in a bad situation as I cant pay my rent, bills, council tax :(

Are they really allowd to do this, what can I do?

Any advise is much appreciated!!!

    Yes. i don't know the in's and outs, but they canm offset a balance from one account to another.

    Have they closed the Barclaycard account, or is it still open and usable?
