Hi,
Admitedly I have been a bit naughty with my Barclay card and not paid it for a while
I now find out they have taken virtually all my wages out of my barclays bank account to repay the debt.
This has left me in a bad situation as I cant pay my rent, bills, council tax
Are they really allowd to do this, what can I do?
Any advise is much appreciated!!!

Yes. i don't know the in's and outs, but they canm offset a balance from one account to another.0

Have they closed the Barclaycard account, or is it still open and usable?Don't lie, thieve, cheat or steal. The Government do not like the competition.
