Does that mean you'll have to go through it all again with the trustee

Sounds like you had a really nice OR.
I think, if I were you, I would be phoning the trustee now, while their converstaion with your OR is still fresh in their mind, but then I couldn't stand being in limbo!
Well done, another hurdle over. Hope it all goes well for your OH.:j BSC 221 :jJanuary 2009 Club Number 7BR 30.01.090 -

nervousmother just remember most trustees make there money, or fees out of what they can raise from you estate, thats why they get a bad reputation, but not all are bad, greedy, heartless, mony hungry animals:mad: ...................sorry got carried away for a min then:p
Anyway, that fact leaves the door open to contest any discision you think is unfair, and has some backing in law, so dont worry, if you feel your trustee is overstepping the mark, just shout:DThats it, i am done, Blind-as-a-Bat has left the forum, for good this time, there is no way I can recover this account, as the password was random, and not recorded, and the email used no longer exits, nor can be recovered to recover the account, goodbye all ………….

oooo that makes me feel better  They are not taking my liver! im going to destroy it first... out comes the vodka
so if Im not happy about anything the trustee says or does can i still contact the OR? who would I shout to?0 -
Us:D
There is a case stated in the OR tech manual where an IP tried to impose an IPA which was not appropriate just to pay his fees, the judge was not impressed as it was of no benefit to the creditors, so the judge told the IP to sod off (short version, but thats the idea:p )
An IP has to follow the same guidelines as the OR, if they dont, refuse and if they dont like it invite them to take it to a judge, most will back down;)
But dont worry, in two years i have only seen ia case having to go to court once, so its highly unlikely;)

The problem is at least we had a date when the OR was going to contact us, I have not heard anything from the Trustee in the past month, on the plus side though we have been BR 1 month in three days time, only 11 to go!!
Iv decided not to contact the trustee, and if he mentions selling my car im going to tell him it is crucial for my job (it is!) also when I started work i had a L reg corsa worth £500 at the time, (my cars sell for more with them being small automatics) but my boss at the interview told me I needed a better car as the companys image was at risk! it was during my first months training I bought my current car, I know my boss wont want me driving a £500 car again, If i did loose my job due to this our income would be £12k a year worse off.. less for an ipa
I dont care anymore, what will be will be but i will keep you all informed.
I would have been tempted to ask him to put his hand in his pocket then, cheeky monkey!!
