I went to a Caffe Nero in Manchester yesterday, and they had no mugs 
So the guy serving very nicely asked if I minded having a take-away cup, and I said it was fine, but could I have an extra loyalty stamp to make up for it?
And the guy laughed, but gave me a stamp anyway
