pay 12 for two sets http://www.discsonline.co.uk/, very good inks, very good printer, prints to disc and does a great job of it to, especially for those family videos weddings that we all attend

Couldn't find them for that price. Cheapest they had for a full set was £8, plus vat and postage. UKDVDR is cheaper.

I saw the Epson R220 in Asda yesterday for £59.99, and as for delivery, well - they'll lend you a trolley.
I have the R200 and find it excellent apart from a habit of printheads becoming blocked as a previous poster said. You've got to keep the ink flowing, every week or so do a test page if it's not being used much.
I think Epson are acting very much like Sony did a few years ago with the Playstation. Millions of people bought PS1 because you could get cheap (copied) games for them. The same applies to Epson printers, the ink (compatible) is so cheap that people buy the printers on the basis of the ultro law running costs. If they get aggresive toward the importers of compatible ink cartridges they are shooting themselves in the foot with a slow bullet. Consumers will realise that genuine Epson ink is is not too cheap and buy HP or Canon or maybe even Lexmark if they don'r know what they're doing.
Light blue touchpaper and stand well back !
