Removal Company Wales

I'm moving from Wales to Yorkshire shortly, have had a good quote from a removal company called CityMoves Wales (or CityMoves UK elsewhere), has any ever had any experiences with them before I book them? Or any other recommendations?

The on ething I would check is that any removal firm that you do end using is a current member of the trade association - a friend had loads of problems with her removal firm and it turned out that they had let their membership lapse so the association couldn't help
