Up To 20%discount With Fuel Companies
This is a means tested, by the fuel companies. To qualify for a discount of up to 20%, you have to pay 10% or more of income on fuel. There is a very short [tick box] form you can get from your comapny which will give you an idea if you think you will qualify. Disabled benefit is diregarded.
I am with SWALEC, they give the highest discount {on Income Support due to disability} and I qualify for 20% off each.
Worth a try, something is better than nothing. Let me know how you get on. Scheme with SWALEC is called ENERGY CARE PLUS.

Just be careful to work out if it is actually the cheapest tariff for you, the discounts are usually only applied to their standard tariff which can be 10 - 15% more than their cheapest tariffs anyway.
It can sometimes be cheaper to be on a suppliers internet tariff paying by direct debit than being on their social tariff getting a discount.Missing Tesco R&R since Feb '07 :A & now a "Tesco veteran" apparently!
