    Regards Keith

I guess you have offered £13,000 for her share.

    Would you try £15,000?

I said I would accept £15000, its in such a good location and we did all the work to it so I know what I am getting, I have give her the option to buy it and I am being more than fair with her, will wait and see how she gets on, she needs to apply for the the money to pay me off, she can't afford higher payments but can extend the years to get the money, thats if Northern Rock agree that is.

  • I had overlooked the fact that house prices are going down. i.e. The equity in your property is going down.

I think you should make a lower offer than I first thought and of course offer it to your partner for a lower figure.
