I have been paying them on DMP every month but the amount they get is smaller than the interest they are charging me so balance is going up and up.

Len I would try and put it in writing but I have no idea where to send it and when I asked they said I would just need to speak to credit services which is what I did today

Evening all. Welcome Flower, nice to see you :) Sammy, I would be tempted to phone the police re your car, it sounds a bit like something that happened to my dad where insurance company were using a dodgy garage which "wrote off" cars that weren't actually a write off and then sold them on.

I thought they all did that....my OH has had three accidents in the last two years...none of them his fault.

The first one they wrote his beloved BMW off and then three months later we got a letter from DVLC asking us to confirm that it was no longer ours as it was going back on the road. He was furious and it happened again.

We have stopped buying 'nice' cars that we care about because the number of miles OH does makes the odds of being involved in an incident a lot higher...I am tempted to report it missing though..see if the police can get through to HSBC..

Weren't you going to tell us something squizzer...

Sally, have you tried the bank charge website. I use that a lot to find out head office addressess and who to address emails to in the event of a complaint...not that I complain much...:rotfl:
