I want some thick old fashioned thick curtains

    Did you check the Dunelm Mill site for curtains? Mine go from floor to ceiling and they sell a variety of different lengths, they also have a curtain making side of the business.

    Have you tried eBay and looked for a cartain making business on there as then you'll be able to get what you want.

    Or you could get some blackout curtains to hang behind the ones you have, or you could buy some lining and ask a local dressmaker to do them for you.

    Or are you specifically looking to get for some 2nd hand ones from someone on here (it seemed so from the wording you have used)?
