Flybe CC - How Long for Payment to Clear?

Does anyone know how long it takes for an internet banking payment from Barclays (or maybe other banks) to a Flybe Credit Card to clear?
My OH has a Flybe CC & his min payment is due 4th February, he has a bad credit rating from the mess he got himself into 7 years ago but has 3 CC's & a Next account which he is using to rebuild it. All the payments go from my account & I try to keep an eye on his 4 accounts plus 5 of my own, but all I ask of him is that he reminds me with at least 5 working days notice of his payment due dates - well he blumming well didn't did he .
I know payments to my CC's always tend to clear in 1/2 working days & I have made a full payment this evening but I'm now so stressed that it won't get there in time. His credit rating was going from strength to strength & now he's gone & wrecked the past 3.5 years of hard work!
& yes I know setting up a direct debit would have avoided this, I will go somewhere quiet & beat myself up about this now!

I take the payment has been made now.
It can take as long as 5 workings days to reach the businesses account. Most of the time it reaches it destination in 1-2 days so you should be okay.
I'm not sure if this helps you keep an eye on your accounts.

hi nickabella,
it usually takes five working days with flybe to clear i have paid both by cheque and also debit card and each time it has taken 5 days to clear the flybe account.
dont worry though it will not be registered on your file as a late/missed payment it very rarely is in that situation and as far as i can see flybe have not yet started to update the credit files with all the info ect.
i wouldnt worryself confessed 80's throwback:D

I did not know about that website you have listed above, thank you for that, it makes it much easier for me to keep track of his card & just to give us the best chance I have made a payment throught that too to try & cover all bases!

Eek!!!!! Ok thank you, I will try not to worry (impossible though as I'm a born worrier) & will keep an eye on his credit report to see if it shows up as a missed payment.

Well I too have a pay by date of 4th Feb this month and paid by internet banking from an IF(under HBOS) account on Thursday....it had reached my flybe account by Monday so 2 working days. As you made the payment in the evening it won't be sent until today so to be honest I wouldn't expect it to hit the account until at least Thursday 5th but it depends on who your current account is with.
The flybe website is www.creationfs.co.uk something I only found this week thanks to this site so if you register there you'll be able to check when the payment arrives.
As for organisation I too have to manage both mine and my partners banking and payments. I've just set up an excel spreadsheet to help me keep track of things...0 -

My partner has a Vanquis card too & I would love to know the answer to this. Cards without internet access are a pain!

I too have a spreadsheet, however, every month his payment date creeps forward a few dates & he hadn't updated me to it's new earlier date grrrr. I'm usually super organised & have never missed a payment before in the past 6 years of having cards.
That website is a godsend, wish we'd known about it earlier as I always check all his internet served cards myself regularly.

Just to let everyone know:
The full payment I sent to Flybe via my Barclays online banking, on the 2nd, was received on the 2nd according to Flybe. This is quite impressive as I even sent the payment at about 11pm so not during working hours or anything.
The minimum payment I sent (to try & cover all bases) to Flybe via their website that is quoted above by Katie789, on the 2nd again about 11pm, was received on the 3rd according to Flybe. Again quite impressive, although it now means I've paid of some of next months balance already lol.
So in all I managed to get 2 payments cleared by the day before the due date :T . I am so relieved!
Thank you to everyone for all your advice.
