Replacing kitchen cupboard doors

My elderly parents have decided after many years of struggling & bending down to reach into their kitchen cupboards that they need some wall units as well. Their kitchen is not that old but is no longer available. The carcass are in very good condition so I thought they might be able to just buy whole units to go on the wall and just replace the doors on their floor units to match.
Does anyone know if you can just buy replacement doors for floor units?

B&Q and the like let you buy just the doors (all the kitchens use the same frames, then different doors and panels over the top). Easiest way to see if what they do fits is to take a door off and match it up against their show room stock.0

You certainly can buy just the doors, I did mine that way last year and it looks fab.
B&Q sell the doors in a variety of sizes and styles and I believe they have a sale on at the moment although I can't get onto the website for some strange reason.

Oh while I remember check all the prices, last year it was cheaper for me to buy door and drawer packs than just the doors even though the doors in both packs were exactly the same.

Thanks for the above suggestions. Will pop along to B&Q tomorrow with them and see if we can find something.0

Just to let you know, different retailers sell different door sizes, so make sure the ones you get are EXACTLY the same size, most common sizes are 700mm, 710mm, 715mm and 720mm. 5mm doesn't sound a lot, but you can have problems with the hinge holes. Something to bear in mind...If it looks like a duck, and quacks like a duck, we have at least to consider the possibility that we have a small aquatic bird of the family anatidae on our hands

I've just bought new doors from the B&Q sale. They were about £13 per door, plus 10% discount on top of that.
If they have the B&Q card, they'll get another 10% off if you go tomorrow.0 -

Thanks for that. We are just going today to see what they have then we will go back tomorrow and use their pensioners discount if they have something suitable.
Hadn't realised you could doors so cheap. Might be a bargain kitchen update if we can find something like that.0 -
Managed to get some doors from B&Q today cost about £14-£16 each and they got their 10% discount too. Thanks for all your help.0
