Moving into new house...

Hi,

Apologies if this is posted on the wrong board..

I need some input as we are moving into our new house, and just trying to plan and make a list of all the things to do.

Does anyone have a handy list of places where we will need to change our address (in case i forget something important!)

Also, how do I change my details on the Electoral roll??

Thanks
** i didn't lose my mind, i sold it on ebay **

When you contact the council for council tax, ask them about the electoral roll and they should send you a form (if they need to, our council seems to be able to link the two)

Don't worry too much about remembering everyone to contact - if you get your post redirected, just remember to contact any companies related to whatever gets diverted.

As we've moved a lot, the one thing I've noticed is that the last people often forget to change both their car log book and their drivers license.
