If you are referring to freecreditreportsinstantly.co.uk - I cancelled the subscription by calling them on 0845 026 1092 or alternatively email contact@highcreditscore.co.uk
You will find this by clicking on contact us button (highlighted in blue font) at the bottom left of the web page.
I cancelled straight away once i've received the report online.0
