Credit Limits

As a matter of interest sorry about the pun does anyone know when/if Virgin or Citi Bank review customers credit limits is it done automatically, or has a request have to be made after a period of time.


By the By my neighbour has just told me he rang up this morning for an application for a Monument card to be told that they were not taking on new customes in the near future...........

I've looked at 12 months statements and appears that Citi dont up the limit automatically, whereas Virgin do. If you have anyother Mbna cards you can transfer the credit limit to the Virgin card.

Citi upped my limit after 6 months themselves.
