I don't know if this is of any use to anyone else or if anyone has any advice to other users etc.
I made a purchase from a online dog clothing shop and paid for the items. They were delivered but some didn't fit so I returned them for a refund. I was advised this had been actioned on the 18/01/09, but no payment has arrived in my account. I contacted them to let them know and they told me to email their mechant services, which is Transx today. I decided to look up Transx to see if they had a phone number, but I got this message on the Transx home page. :mad:

TransX Ltd regrets to announce that it has ceased trading with immediate effect. We will no longer be accepting transactions, however please note that we will be honouring all payments that are due to customers (including all reserve fees that are held).
We are processing payments to customers as per normal on Friday 30th January and Friday 6th February. In addition to this, all reserve fees held will be repaid to customers in full within 28 days.

Now I don't know what this means, though I guess I wouldn't get my refund. I have emailed them and I am awaiting a reply. If not will I be able to get it back as was paid for with a visa debit card and this was the card the refund was going on to.
