Ours heats hot water and radiators we've been told it's about 55% efficient we're having a worcester bosch installed costs 2.5k not including new rads or replacement fire0

Back boilers are OK. Keep it as long as it is working fine. It will take ages to recover the installation and purchase cost of a replacement via efficiency improvements. Just save up for the day it breaks down!0
