Can I get a refund?

Hi and thanks for all the help. I got no reply from Virgin until last Friday - when suddenly they sent a comment form and request for the tickets so they could refund me. They said they would refund all the ticket despite it being a saver - on a one-off basis - and that they would not normally do this.

I was confused - and a little upset - because when I didn't get a reply from Virgin I had contacted Trainline (the seller of the tickets) and had sent the tickets off to their Edinburgh office.

Anyway it all turned out well in the end - as I have now had an email from Virgin saying they will refund the money. The tickets must have been passed on to them? But it is a confusing system.
