ING direct bonus rate

humm im not sure i have a call centre back ground and some things are not easy to add to accounts especially when customers have different promotions and rates, in an ideal world yes we would love it to show all interest rates. I dont understand why everyone would think their bank would lie to them, all banks are monitored by the FSA etc and if banks were to be find lying surely they would get into trouble so i think people should try and trust their banks more

I didn't suspect ING were lying - they would get caught out at some point - I simply wanted to see, for me, if I could calculate the interest out OK and that it matches, given the rate change halfway through the month.

Still wish they could display applicable interest rate though, easy or not.
