17 Year old driver...help!

hiya, I'm a provisional driver and looking to gain some experience before i take my practicle test. Problem is I'm unsure about how to get the cheapest possible insurance...there will obviously be a fully licensed holder in the passenger seat but he has no "no claims bonus" as he's always used a company car so adding him to the insurance would be of no help i'm guessing??
any quick advice???

I would recommend you be careful as quinn will quote you the cheapest quote with a proviosional licence. When you pass your test and ring them they will hit you with a massive extra premium.
They are the only company that does this to my knowledge.
To ensure their price is cheap when you pass ur test get a quote with a provisional licence and with a full licence so you can compare the full licence price with normal Insurers
Hope this helps0
