Does anyone have the easiest hassle-free way? I emailed them a week ago, put traces on the email and neither trace worked. Thanks in advance.

use the telephoneThe orginal post in this thread has a very very slim chance of being about money saving. The post is more than likely to ask a question that google could answer better than any of us.0

Hassle free is not something Setanta have ever heard of, cancel your direct debit, that's what I did, I was cut off after a couple of weeks and will never touch them again !0 -
The only thing I didnt try in order to get Sultana cancelled was smoke signals and/or carrier pigeons, give one of them a go0

Setanta are quite simply the worst company I have ever dealt with.
After 5 months of continuously trying by phone and e-mail I am finally cut off!
They also continued to take money from me, after I said I wished to cancel (after the 30 day notice period) and I also tried to request this back from them. They said I had to write to some address in Newry. However after I e-mailed customer services and said they had in affect stolen money from my bank, I would be taking legal action. I received a phone call the very next day and was told a refund would be coming within 2 weeks......... we shall see! But was cut off within hours!
Moral of the story never subscribe to Setanta, I certainly won't be ever again.
