Sell property and rent back

Hi ya,

Could anyone help me with any advise on this not too sure!

I have contacted a company called A Quick Sale!

They claim they can buy your property have no fees and you can rent the property back.

Has anyone done this before! Have you heard of this company?

All help welcome....:D

  • You need to look at terms and conditions.

How much will they pay for your house.
How much rent will they charge.
How secure are you as a tenant.
Might they raise the rent now and again.

    Be vary wary.

Get independent advice from a debt counselling agency before proceeding with anything like this - see here and here for some of the pitfalls of sell and rent back schemes.

Isn't this thinly disuised spam? Anyway, just in case the OP is serious, companies like this one** have an appalling reputation for dodgy dealing. Bargepole, not touching, etc ....

** I should make it clear that I have never heard of this particular company, just that the 'industry' is generally regarded as a complete racket.
No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?
