hotel in Bristol 4/4/09 for under £60

Hi all,

I am going to Bristol for a night with the mrs on 4th April and am looking for a good deal on a nice hotel. We stayed in the Marriot Royal last month for £55 but this now looks like it is £115 a night.

We also stayed in the Mercure Brigstow but that is £79

The hotel needs to be in the city centre, ideally by the hippodrome/waterfront.

    There is a travelodge on Anchor road. Just off the city centre.

    You can get the Mercure Holland House and Spa for £69, the City Inn is also available from £69 or £66.96 for the Premier Apartments.
