Value of Swiss Francs

I'm aware that the value of the Swiss Franc has dropped significantly against the pound, but how does this affect Swiss prices compared to other European countries? Croatia is being seen as a cheap place to go by travel experts, yet the value of their currency against the pound has also seen a big drop.

    I thought the value of the Swiss franc had increased - ie Switzerland is now more expensive for those with ££.

    What I mean is £1 buys CHF1.5 instead of CHF2 last year, which is similar to what's happened to the Croatian currency.

    The pound has dropped against the swiss franc, so yes it will be (even) more expensive.
