You've done really well Bunny. How much have you lost in the 5 weeks?
I'm wondering if I could stick to it for a fixed period of time, a month or 2 maybe just to give the weight loss a huge kick start
I was thinking that, but with Silmfast? mind you the cereal was a disaster.

We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.0 -

I've lost a total of a stone so far, and over 20". (6.5 off my waist!) and I'll be losing more on Sat. (hopefully another 3 lbs) and then onto healthy eating.
Porridge with berries or wholemeal toast and scrambled eggs for breakfast
Salad and chicken/tuna or soup for lunch
Lean meat, veg for tea.
fruit/nuts for snacks.Empty pockets never held anyone back, only empty heads and empty hearts can do that -Peale0
